I am a curious CRM nerd who thrives best when I get to help sales and marketing teams work smarter instead of harder. With several years of experience with HubSpot, processes and data, I am passionate about creating structured flows, cleaner CRM data and clearer follow-up throughout the customer journey.
I chose Leadfront to work in a team with colleagues who are experts in their fields and who share my interest in CRM, marketing, sales and process improvement. The culture is unpretentious, curious and testing, with lots of room to try new ideas. Here I get to combine hands-on work in HubSpot with more complex projects around data, processes and integrations.
I would say Breeze AI and especially the Prospecting agent. Many people are still stuck in manual lists and sequences, while HubSpot's AI agents can monitor buying signals, retrieve the right contacts and suggest personalized outreach directly in the CRM.
My superpower is to stay calm and create structure - and help the client to do the same. Together we prioritize what needs to be done, when, how and by whom, and divide the project into clear phases with an initial MVP followed by development steps. This way it doesn't get overwhelming and we can start getting value out of the CRM solution faster.
