About the Role

Leadfront is growing rapidly and now we are looking for several CRM Consultants to join our team. We have customers in both e.g. Salesforce and Microsoft with ambition to integrate their CX processes and use solutions globally. We design, implement and support our customers' CRM-related services. This means a deep dive into the CRM solution and its full capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies, inventories and together with the sales team create customized Salesforce solutions.

  • Gain a deep understanding of customers' business and make recommendations on how Salesforce can maximize business value.

  • Share your expertise on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud best practices with both internal teams and customers.

  • Optimize business processes using Salesforce, including development in Apex and other technical customizations.

  • Promote and drive the use of Salesforce with our customers and explain how the platform can support their strategic goals.

  • Maintain a long-term strategy for Salesforce solutions and continuously seek improvements and innovations.

Your background

We are looking for you who are certified in Salesforce and have experience working both strategically and operationally with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud. You combine technical skills with business understanding and have a passion for creating value for customers.

We would like you to have:

  • Certification in Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (KRAV).

  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce projects, preferably in complex environments.

  • Experience in business development and customer contact.

  • A natural interest in technology, data and analytics.

  • A general technology habit and a willingness to participate in technical projects related to solutions outside the Salesforce platform.

  • Courage and curiosity to take on new projects and solutions, even in areas where you have no previous experience.

  • Experience in leading transformation projects, preferably with a focus on Salesforce and integration with other systems.
