Leadfront is growing rapidly and now we are looking for a CRM/Marketing Automation Consultant to join our team. Our customers use different tools to manage their customer relationships such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Upsales. Our ambition is to support our customers throughout the journey of finding the right tool, implementing it in the business and then achieving results, efficiently and with good ROI.
Tasks Conduct feasibility studies to understand and analyze needs and how different tools map.
Formulate and communicate solution proposals in different parts of the delivery.
Understand the customer's business and provide suggestions for actions that create business value.
Share knowledge and advise on HubSpot's various hubs, advise on best practices and approaches to both the internal team and the customer.
Develop short and long term strategies for CRM and interactions with stakeholders and neighboring systems.
Create strategy for and lead migration of different CRM instances.
Project manage implementation of CRM system and surrounding tools.
Promote and drive CRM adoption and help the organization understand its benefits and how it relates to the overall strategic business objectives.
Maintain a long-term product roadmap and strategy to meet future business needs and continuously look for new ways to be at the forefront of technology.
We see that you need to have a solid background and expertise in HubSpot. With a solid technical foundation to stand on, you have experience of running complex projects with the customer relationship in focus.
Furthermore, we would like to see:
At least 4 years of experience working with HubSpot with certification
Previous experience working as a consultant
Experienced project manager
Experience of implementing HubSpot in at least one organization
Certification in Hubspot's various hubs, including Sales, Marketing and Service.
Hands-on experience in CMS is meritorious
It is highly meritorious if you also have experience with other tools and platforms, such as Salesforce. Experience of leading transformation projects that have involved, for example, the procurement of Marketing Automation/CRM systems.
