How did we do it?

Planning

We planned the entire course module based on the customer journey to ensure a strong connection to how we at Leadfront work with Marketing Automation and Customer Experience. We then developed educational materials in the form of presentations, knowledge checks, exercises, and guest lectures.

 

We also planned how the implementation would be carried out and how we could best engage the students in a digital environment, as well as how we as educators could be as pedagogical as possible.

 

Implementation

We then held weekly lessons for 10 weeks. We worked using an agile approach to optimize the lesson delivery during the course based on the students' reactions and thoughts.

Examination

We then examined the students through a written test and a group assignment that was presented to the class and instructors.

Grading

The students were graded according to a template that we developed during the planning stage. For us, the ultimate goal was to achieve a deep understanding of how to create a personalized customer experience using customer data and creative content adapted to each part of the customer journey.
