Although United Spaces was already using Upsales as their CRM system, their data and processes were not sufficiently structured or communicated between the sales and marketing departments. This led to inefficient follow-up and difficulties in measuring and reporting on activities and results. The lack of a clear and common work process also made it difficult for teams to collaborate effectively and use the full potential of the system.

How did we do it?

Process

Leadfront began by defining and structuring United Spaces' sales and marketing processes. By implementing a unified framework for sales and marketing, clear goals and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) were created. This enabled both departments to collaborate better and measure their efforts effectively. Furthermore, a shared pipeline for leads and business opportunities was defined, which made it easier to follow up with potential customers.

Technology

To streamline the processes and ensure that all data was accurate and easily accessible, we activated features in Upsales that supported lead management, customer journey, and event management. We structured the data in a way that made it possible to send relevant and personalized communication to customers based on their position in the buyer's journey. We also set up processes to ensure data quality, GDPR compliance, and customer retention.

Human

A key part of the work was to train and support the United Spaces team to use Upsales in the best way. We conducted training sessions to ensure that arena managers and salespeople could use the system effectively. We also created templates and communication processes that were adapted to United Spaces' values and design, which helped the team maintain consistent and professional communication with their customers.
