BMW's Nordic Brand Management team faced the challenge of establishing a way of working between the CRM team and the Content team. In connection with this, they also wanted both teams to work in the same system to send digital communications. A decision was therefore made to terminate one of the systems and establish work processes between the teams in order for both teams to work towards the same goal in a unified work process.
